My pup and I recently moved to London from the United States and I had a lot of anxiety about starting work as I would now have to be in the office all 5 days each week. Joe and the 4 Paw team really helped alleviate that stress - my dog has the absolute BEST time running around and playing with his friends, walking, enrichment activities, and when I travel overnight for work I know he’s in great hands. The team absolutely adores my pup as if he was one of theirs - when they come to collect him my dog goes absolutely mad with excitement and happiness and doesn’t look back. He’s calm and secure and happy when I get home, showing me how fulfilling his days are while I work long hours. As an added bonus, they have been great with also helping my young dog work on recall and walking better. In summary I can’t recommend 4Paw enough! ~ Chelsea-Alexandra N

We fully recommend Joe and his team! We left our 6-month-old Golden Retriever, Milo, with them and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We started gradually with short walks, then half-day and full-day care, followed by a trial nights before leaving Milo with Joe for a whole week while we were on holiday. From the beginning, Joe was informative, honest, helpful and reassuring. We received regular texts, photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Milo always came home happy, relaxed and full of energy. When Jack and Luke picked him up, he was so excited to see them that he didn’t even look back at us! I’ve used 4 Paw Friend for both day care and walks and it’s safe to say both Bailey (my pup) and I are more than satisfied with the service. Joe & Rich have been amazing. As a single dog mum, with a very active pup, it’s nice to have support with walks and day care when I have a busy day or just want to go to the gym. Bailey always comes back tired, and dare I say better behaved, which is great. Pick up is always prompt, they have a great gps tracking system with live updates of her walks including pictures and videos. Even after all of that, they still take the time to give me direct feedback when dropping her home. Such care is taken in ensuring both myself and Bailey are happy. Couldn’t ask for me. I can’t recommend Joe enough as a dog sitter! He has taken care of my dog several times, and each experience has been absolutely fantastic. Joe is always on time, extremely reliable, and communicates clearly. He follows all instructions with care and makes everything so easy and stress-free. My dog really loves spending time with him – Joe takes him on regular walks, gives him lots of attention, and makes sure he feels safe and comfortable at all times. I also really appreciate the updates and photos he sends; they give me total peace of mind while I’m away. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy, kind, and genuinely passionate about animals. I sent my French bulldog to this pet service for 5 weeks, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how well he was looked after. From the very beginning, the communication was great and I felt completely at ease leaving him in their care. They treated him like one of their own – making sure he was happy, healthy, and entertained. I got regular updates and photos, and it was clear he was having the best time! When I picked him up, he was relaxed, playful, and clearly had bonded with the team. It’s such a relief to know I’ve found a place I can fully trust. Honestly can’t recommend Joe enough! He was an absolute lifesaver helping me out so last minute with Hudson while I was out of the country. From the start he just made everything really easy and completely put my mind at rest. He collected Hudson from the property, dropped him back afterwards and sent me regular updates and loads of photos along the way, which I really appreciated being so far away. Most importantly, Hudson absolutely loved him and I could tell he was really comfortable and happy with Joe. You can tell straight away that he genuinely loves dogs and really cares about what he does. Just a massive thank you to Joe for stepping in when I really needed someone and doing such an amazing job with Hudson. Super reliable, kind, trustworthy and just a genuinely lovely guy. Joe and 4PawFriend are absolutely brilliant! Leo has been going every Monday and we honestly couldn't ask for a better person to look after him. Joe is always reliable, flexible, and clearly cares so much about the dogs he looks after. He even gave Leo a birthday present with some lovely new toys, which was such a thoughtful touch. The best thing is knowing Leo is genuinely excited to see Joe and comes home happy and tired after a great day. I'm very impressed with 4 Paw Friend. I can’t recommend them enough. Finding a dog walker, in a new area for my reactive dog, was a bit of a gamble. Joe and Richard were a godsend. Joe was very prompt to answer my initial inquiry and arrange an intro walk. He provided all the information that I needed to know. He was also very understanding of my dog's reactivity and triggers. After our discussion it was agreed that solo walks with Richard would be better for my dog. He was so right. I swear Richard is a born dog whisperer. My dog really struggles with strangers but with Richard she was in love by the end of their first walk. I could not believe it. ~ Gaby

We’ve been using them for a few months now and have always found them flexible and easy to communicate changes with. Monika is an instant friend with our toller. She’s punctual, trustworthy, and always goes the extra mile. You can tell that she really loves her time with her 4 paw friends! We always get on how the day goes with photos and notes, and they always take care to ensure our instructions are followed carefully. It’s good to know that I’m supporting a local small business. Joe has been the answer to a prayer. He and his company 4PawFriend provide a range of services for dog owners and I am over the Moon with their service. First they provide a wide range of services to meet your every need. They are flexible and can tailor services to meet your needs. Second, Joe sends wonderful videos and photographs of your pet out playing with other dogs. My little Kerry Blue puppy took to Joe immediately and it became obvious that Joe loved Wolfie back. Joe is an animal lover. His affection for my dog makes me feel so emotional. I know he loves Wolfie and the other dogs in his care. Dogs know whom they can trust. Joe and Richard at 4 Paw Friend have been fantastic with our dog Louie. After having a superb walker from a very early age, when she left London Louie found it difficult to connect with someone new, which was a real challenge for us. Joe, however, was incredibly patient and calm with him from day one. Now Louie can’t wait for his two days a week and has made some doggy mates. He always comes home so happy and tired, having obviously been well-exercised. Joe and Richard clearly care deeply about the dogs they look after, and it shows in every interaction. Joe, Riccardo, Marcus and everyone else look after Gigi like she’s their own. They are not only reliable and absolutely wonderful with her, they are also flexible around her and even our needs. When she was ill and under their care (nothing to do with them, she had an operation that she later needed antibiotics for) they rushed her to the vet. When she needs a little extra care they ensure they facilitate it. They have her when we’re away and she loves them to pieces. Honestly, Joe and Richard and of course the whole team have been such a big part of Lola’s life. After almost 9 months with them, I can really see the difference. Toto had the most amazing time with Joe and his team. We were kept updated every day while we were away, which was so reassuring, and they really looked after every little detail. I'd like to recommend 4 Paw Friend to any dog lover , who needs their baby to be well looked after. I have used Joe's and Richard's services last month when I went abroad. I have asked for boarding and dog walking. My dog Milly is anxious and does not get on with other dogs so it's difficult to find someome to give her so much attention. She was under care of Monika and I couldn't be more grateful. I had multiple updates. I was so happy with Millie to be so well looked after. She even gave Millie a bath and did massages. I approached 4 Paw Friend few months back when we booked holidays and we have already rebooked with Richard. Richard and Joe are ever so helpful. They sent us Monika, who looked after our cats for two weeks. Not only were they spoiled but on our return they were not interested in us 🙈 Monika took care of their hygiene, play time, gave them medications,fed them, even took them for walks (for their safety on the leads) We didn't have to worry about anything. My first time using 4 Paw Friend. It was easy to enquire on the website, they responded straight away and after discussing with them I felt they would provide a caring service. On the day, Richard arrived early and it was immediately clear he was great with dogs. When we arrived back, they had been taken for a walk and they seemed extremely relaxed. I have had an issue with our hotel when we booked holidays and it appeared we are not allowed the dogs. We contacted 4 Paw Friend in a matter of urgency really and Joe was an absolute God send. He offered reliable services. We have asked for 5 days dog boarding and adventure walks. I was really pleased to find out how experienced he is and how much he loves animals.
