I’ve used 4 Paw Friend for both day care and walks and it’s safe to say both Bailey (my pup) and I are more than satisfied with the service. Joe & Rich have been amazing. As a single dog mum, with a very active pup, it’s nice to have support with walks and day care when I have a busy day or just want to go to the gym. Bailey always comes back tired, and dare I say better behaved, which is great. Pick up is always prompt, they have a great gps tracking system with live updates of her walks including pictures and videos. Even after all of that, they still take the time to give me direct feedback when dropping her home. Such care is taken in ensuring both myself and Bailey are happy. Couldn’t ask for me. I can’t recommend Joe enough as a dog sitter! He has taken care of my dog several times, and each experience has been absolutely fantastic. Joe is always on time, extremely reliable, and communicates clearly. He follows all instructions with care and makes everything so easy and stress-free. My dog really loves spending time with him – Joe takes him on regular walks, gives him lots of attention, and makes sure he feels safe and comfortable at all times. I also really appreciate the updates and photos he sends; they give me total peace of mind while I’m away. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy, kind, and genuinely passionate about animals. I sent my French bulldog to this pet service for 5 weeks, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how well he was looked after. From the very beginning, the communication was great and I felt completely at ease leaving him in their care. I'm very impressed with 4 Paw Friend. I can’t recommend them enough. Finding a dog walker, in a new area for my reactive dog, was a bit of a gamble. Joe and Richard were a godsend. Joe was very prompt to answer my initial inquiry and arrange an intro walk. He provided all the information that I needed to know. He was also very understanding of my dog's reactivity and triggers. After our discussion it was agreed that solo walks with Richard would be better for Mira. He was so right. I swear Richard is a born dog whisperer. Mira really struggles with strangers but with Richard she was in love by the end of their first walk. I could not believe it. ~ Gaby

Joe has been the answer to a prayer. He and his company 4PawFriend provide a range of services for dog owners and I am over the Moon with their service. First they provide a wide range of services to meet your every need. They are flexible and can tailor services to meet your needs. Second, Joe sends wonderful videos and photographs of your pet out playing with other dogs. My little Kerry Blue puppy took to Joe immediately and it became obvious that Joe loved Wolfie back. Joe is an animal lover. His affection for my dog makes me feel so emotional. I know he loves Wolfie and the other dogs in his care. Dogs know whom they can trust. Joe and Richard at 4 Paw Friend have been fantastic with our dog Louie. After having a superb walker from a very early age, when she left London Louie found it difficult to connect with someone new, which was a real challenge for us. Joe, however, was incredibly patient and calm with him from day one. Now Louie can’t wait for his two days a week and has made some doggy mates. He always comes home so happy and tired, having obviously been well-exercised. Joe and Richard clearly care deeply about the dogs they look after, and it shows in every interaction. Honestly, Joe and Richard and of course the whole team have been such a big part of Lola’s life. After almost 9 months with them, I can really see the difference. She spends long holidays there and she is always so happy. She is now a social chihuahua and can be around other dogs, which I never thought I would say. I approached 4 Paw Friend few months back when we booked holidays and we have already rebooked with Richard. Richard and Joe are ever so helpful. They sent us Monika, who looked after our cats for two weeks. Not only were they spoiled but on our return they were not interested in us 🙈 Monika took care of their hygiene, play time, gave them medications,fed them, even took them for walks (for their safety on the leads) We didn't have to worry about anything. I'd like to recommend 4 Paw Friend to any dog lover , who needs their baby to be well looked after. I have used Joe's and Richard's services last month when I went abroad. I have asked for boarding and dog walking. My dog Milly is anxious and does not get on with other dogs so it's difficult to find someome to give her so much attention. She was under care of Monika and I couldn't be more grateful. I had multiple updates. I was so happy with Millie to be so well looked after. She even gave Millie a bath and did massages. ★★★★★ – Amazing Last-Minute Care! Joe looked after my two dogs a couple of weeks ago on a Friday and Saturday night with very short notice—and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The rates were really reasonable, and the care was top-notch. He sent loads of pictures and videos which really put my mind at ease, and the Doggie Log app was a fantastic touch—super helpful and reassuring. My first time using 4 Paw Friend. It was easy to enquire on the website, they responded straight away and after discussing with them I felt they would provide a caring service. On the day, Richard arrived early and it was immediately clear he was great with dogs. When we arrived back, they had been taken for a walk and they seemed extremely relaxed. I have had an issue with our hotel when we booked holidays and it appeared we are not allowed the dogs. We contacted 4 Paw Friend in a matter of urgency really and Joe was an absolute God send. He offered reliable services. We have asked for 5 days dog boarding and adventure walks. I was really pleased to find out how experienced he is and how much he loves animals. I contacted 4 Paw Friend about three weeks ago and they got back to me really quickly. Since then, Joe has been walking my dog Odin twice a week and I couldn’t be happier. We have been using Richard and 4PawFriend a few months now and they have been excellent with our dog, who is bit of a tricky customer. They hosted a few initial meet and greet session to get to know him, really listened to us about all his triggers and anxiety issues and have since taken excellent care of him on solo walks. Our dog Pretzel loves going to his daycare and spending time with Joe and Richard! They have both always been so friendly and helpful - as unfortunately due to mine and my partners schedule we sometimes require doggy daycare very last minute - and they’ve always been able to help! Last minute service I couldn’t be more grateful. I had to rush to work yesterday and travel. I needed Yoshi to be looked after for a day and possibly night and Joe came and saved the day! They are fully licensed and great reviews, so I decided to try them. Yoshi was well looked after, had 3 walks, I received amazing pictures and films.
